64 bit to 32 bit

Windows 10 64 bit includes a 32 bit subsystem, so most 32 bit programs should work on Windows 10 64 bit without issue. If the software was designed for older versions of Windows such Windows 95 or Windows 98, it is a possibility it might have some 16 bit
code. Usually such older apps have 16 bit installers and uninstallers that might prevent the app from working on Windows 10 64 bit.

In such case, you might need to install the software in a virtual machine.
