Windows 10: How to use different sacling settings on different accounts?

I'm using a sharing PC on work place. My colleagues and I have different accounts on that PC, and have different usage habits, including different scaling setting. However, changing the scaling setting will take effect for different accounts at the same time. Everytime we switch the accounts, we have to change the scaling setting. Is there a way to set different scaling settings for each account?

At this point, I suggest you to check if the same issue occur when logged in through a different Local Administrator user account. This will help us ascertain if the issue is user account specific.



Follow the steps mentioned below:

• Assuming that you are already logged on to your user account in Windows 10, click the Start button.
• From the Start menu, click your name from the top of the left pane.
• From the displayed options click Sign out.
  
• From the login screen, click to the different user account you want to switch to.

However, if you do not have a separate user account, I suggest you to create another administrator user account by referring to the Microsoft article here: Set
up accounts.

• As you have mentioned this happens only in the Admin account, is it local account set as admin account or the Microsoft account?

I would suggest you to check the all apps list and check if that Chinese character app is present.

After you try the above steps and share us the results what happens we can proceed with the further suggestions.

I would like to set different notifications for different email accounts. Say one account a standard ring and the other account silent but on screen notification.
