    Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

    I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Peachtree E-mail Writer and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below to uninstall Peachtree E-mail Writer:

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click on Programs and Features.
    • Look for Peachtree E-mail Writer and right click on it and click on
      uninstall.
    • Reboot the computer after uninstall is complete and try to reinstall it.

    After WIN 10 upgrade my Sony Vaio BD RE writer does not work anymore

    Hi Manfred,

    To know how we can help you fix your Blu-ray Disc writer, please answer these questions:

    • What was your previous operating system before upgrading to Windows 10?
    • Do you get any error messages when using the disc writer?
    • Did you check the actual hardware to find out the writer is Toshiba?
    • What driver appears under your Disk drives in Device Manager?
    Let's try to rollback the driver to allow your disc writer to function as did it before the upgrade to Windows 10. Follow the steps below:

    • Right-click on the Windows icon on your home screen.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Expand Disk drives.
    • Right click on the driver you find then select Properties.
    • Go to the Driver tab.
    • Select Roll Back Driver....
    • Click Yes.
    • Restart your computer.

    Let us know if it corrects the problem.
