Windows 10: How to use Keyboard and Mouse at the same time while gaming?

I have HP Pavilion 15-ec0104AX Gaming Laptop, and it has ELAN TouchpadMy touchpad is working properly but, when I am playing GTA 5, my touchpad stops working when using keyboard.To use touchpad, I have to stop using keyboard and wait for 2 sec and then touchpad starts working. I seem that I cannot use my keyboard and touchpad at the same time.I also don't have any elan or synaptic option in my registry editor and this is how my mouse properties look like:So, How do I fix this?

Price max 100 euro for each of them.....
