Windows 10: How to use NTVDMx64?

Hi!

I found NTVDM for Windows 10 32-bit to allow run 16-bit apps.
It is single EXE file and no problem to start it.

When I was searching I found also NTVDMx64, but it needs installation and don't know where to begin and how to use it.
It has to allow to run 16-bit apps on 64-bit Windowa 10.

Can anybody help me?

HELP!! - Toshiba driver update for Toshiba Hotkey Driver - Error 0x800f0203

I'm now running Windows 10 upgraded from Windows 7 & I have the same continuous problem with the update

I tried your Method 1 to fix it which said changes have been made to my computer & to try & update again which failed.. again & the same message above came up again. My laptop is secure as I run Norton 360, so what should I do next to try & fix this problem?
My laptop is a Toshiba satellite L650.

I can't minimize windows edge browser in Windows 10

I am using a desktop and cannot minimize. By now there should be a solution. How can I got back to Windows 8, this is not working for me.

 

You might want to look at this old, but still valid, TenForums thread: Does 16 bit work yet on a 64 bit windows 10 OS? Among lots of other useful information, it will tell you that:
(1) you canNOT run 16-bit emulation natively on 64-bit Win10
(2) you can run 16-bit emulation inside a VM running on 64-bit Win10 if you jump through the right hoops (also documented in the thread)
Lots of good references and explanations in that thread, so worth reading through (or at least skimming over) from end to end.
