Windows 10: How to use Old MS Photo Editor Program in Windows 10

How to get the old MS Photo Editor program to run on Windows 10? I know MS Photo Editor PhotoEd.exe is a very old program but I use it daily. It loads very fast and has the basic tools I need such as Crop, Resize, and Rotate. I loaded it on my Windows 7 desktop and when I upgraded to Windows 10, surprisingly it still works. I tried loading it onto my new Windows 10 computer and it will not work. So, here is my question: Is there a way I can copy my MS Photo Editor program on my old Win7 upgraded to Win10 computer and paste it into my new Windows 10 computer? Is there something in the W

Install the old MS PhotoEd in Win 10?

I would like to know if you were able to install MS Photo Editor on Windows 10. MS Photo Editor is the most convenient image editor for me, and I just bought a new notebook that comes with Windows 10 that does not have Photo Editor.

Windows 7 Will Not Include Email, Photo and Movie Programs

I think people missed that MS did not say "Internet" in the program list. Just Email, Photo, Movie.

I understand you are facing issues with Photo editor application, if you are using the Photo editor app which is downloaded from Microsoft Store, I suggest you to refer the following article and try few troubleshooting

Microsoft has replaced Photo Editor with Microsoft Office Picture Manager, a new photo editing and cataloging program in Office 2010, in Office 2007, and in Office 2003.

If the application has been removed from your PC, when you install Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Office 2007, or Microsoft Office 2003, I suggest you to refer the following article to reinstall

Photo Editor and check if that helps.
