    How to use only part of the screen of TV?


    Hi all,

    I am working from home and my laptop's screen is broken today and also my TV's screen is broken (1 year ago) partly. I really must fix this issue. I am using Windows 10 and i wonder is possible to use only red part of TV screen like below image? Is there any way to scale OS to that size? Can you share your experiences and opinions?
