Windows 10: how to use pin for remote desktop or not us password

i got a new pc with pro and et it up like my pc im using now. it backed up and is using the same email. i am trying to use remote desktop and its asking for a password and i use the password thats assciated with my microsoft email and it doesnt work and i try the passwords i would use if i set one up but still no luck. idk what to do and i dont think i even set up a password. if there is any way to check the passwordive tried many methods but no luck or use a pin or even disable it please let me know

Okay guys need some help here before going crazy...
I am trying to setup a remote desktop connection and see exactly what the logged on user is looking at with out going through Windows Remote Desktop.

Since its local network I don't have any password or want to setup a password.

Any suggestions are appreciated

1. Are you using the Microsoft remote desktop app?
   

If you are using the Microsoft remote desktop app downloaded from
Microsoft store then, I suggest you to follow the steps to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.



If the issue still persists with the Microsoft remote desktop app, then you can contact the support team by going to the

link and scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on
Microsoft remote desktop support under the Publisher info.



However, if you are using the Remote desktop connection, which comes pre-installed with Windows 10, then I suggest you to please post your question in the
TechNet forum.

Disable PIN sign in on remote desktop app

Hello,

I was just wondering if there is a way to disable using PIN to access remote desktop app. Currently, I am not able to switch it off when connecting to remote desktop even though I would rather use the password to sign in than the PIN.
