Windows 10: How to view certian apps in desktop

I saw it in a video but couldn't find the setting to do it? How can I add the battery, CPU usage to desktop, etc. like this:

  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.

  Select Troubleshooting.

  On the left pane, click on View All.

  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.

Desktop Icons Won't Stay Put

Hi Laurie,

As per the issue description I understand that you are facing issues with desktop icons.

I suggest you try the following step in order to arrange the icons.

• Right click on the desktop.
• Click on view
• Check the option auto arrange icons.
