    While looking for a way to view Quick Assist logs to track time spent assisting a client, I came across this post which basically says there are no logs: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-do-i-get-and-read-my-quick-assist-logs-on/2bd7ea98-438e-4913-babe-0d4f1d4f075eI checked Event View > Windows Logs > Application and filtered the results by the Source: Quick Assist. I correlated the phone call time frame with the Quick Assist session timeframe to be able to track time spent assisting the client.I could have just used the phone logs for time tracking but these log

    Good day! My name is Vishal . I am an Independent Advisor of Microsoft and a Windows expert . I am glad to be able to provide assistance for you today.

    Here are some steps to check logs in Event Viewer:

    a) Please go in Event Viewer

    b) In Event Viewer , expand the "Applications and Services Logs" section on the

    left hand side .

    c) Please click om "Microsoft" and expand it. Please scroll down and find the

    "Windows " folder and expand it

    d) please Look for a folder named "RemoteAssistance." and expand it and

    you can find subfolder or specific logs related to Quick Assist sessions.

    Note- Quick Assist logs might not always be present or might have limited information depending on the configuration and usage of the Quick Assist tool

    Quick Assist Event Viewer error

    Each time the updated QA app is launched this Event Viewer error appears. That wasn't the case with the original Quick Assist.

    0x800702E4: Cannot create the process for package MicrosoftCorporationII.QuickAssist_2.0.9.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

    because an error was encountered while launching. [LaunchProcess]

    I7, GTX1060, 32GB Ram. Windows 11 Pro 22H2 is up to date. SFC is clean.
