Windows 10: How to wetup new work laptop with work MS account only?

I have a new surface laptop and it refused to be setup with anything other than a personal MS account. I have added my work account to the device, but MS continually wants me to purchase MS office personal rather than use my business license, or doesn't allow me to use Teams with my work account.Is there a way to set the laptop with my work/business account only as the personal account has nothing to do with the device, nor should it legally.This is the way all my other corporate devices have been configured, but this is my own business so not sure how they achieved it.Thanks

New Local Account Not Working In Windows 10

Hi Scott,

This issue could have happened due to corrupted profile on your Windows 10. We suggest that you delete the non-working profile on your PC and try to register it again.

To delete your non-working account, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the *Start menu**. It's the Windows logo in the bottom left of your screen.

Cortana search not working AT ALL

Cortana has not worked since I took the laptop out of the box. There were no changes made to the PC. I will try creating a new admin account as suggested by the link above and will let you know if that still does not work. I have tried all of the other
steps listed in that article.
