How to wipe computer after windows corrupted

I plugged in a very very old HDD into my Windows 11 computer today and basically as soon as POST had finished it started running a diagnostic, it then tried to "fix my problem" and eventually went to a blue screen where it said that it couldn't fix my problem, gave me a "log file" directory j:\recovery\windowsRE\winre.wim\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt. I unplugged the hard drive and put everything as it was before yet when I started my computer again the same thing happened. I followed various guides such as telling me to launch my computer in safe mode, which didn't work safe mode jus

Your report suggests that your installation has suffered some damage which prevents Windows from doing a reset. In such stubborn cases I would do this:

    1. Create a new media installation disk:

      http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install
    2. Run setup.exe on this disk.
It would wipe everything, including your data and all applications.

    Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:
    • Open WinRAR application in your system.
    • Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
    • A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
    • Now click Open button.
    • Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
    • Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
    • Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
    • Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
    • WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.
I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.

    Thanks.
