Windows 10: How to

Hi, I just did the latest Windows 11 update and when booting up I am stuck on this screen see above. Also, I can be stuck on purely a loading screen exactly the same as the above but without the text. I have waited on these screens for over an hour to no avail.I then installed fresh Windows 11 installation media after looking at some forums for help. I have done this before so ensured I installed on a suitable USB and then went into my bios and launched from the USB. This did not work as I was simply stuck on the standard loading screen like the attached image but without no text.What can
