Windows 10: How transfer the Pictures in iPad to W10 of PC?

Hello Sir/Madam: Often we can use the charging-line of iPad go connect with w10 of PC, then under C: of w10 appear a fold named: Apple iPad/Internal Storage/DCIM. All the pictures in iPad will appear in the DCIM. from there one can move them to any fold of this HHD. BUT, some times the situation will be: 1 Part of the pictures can not move out from DCIM! 2 Sometimes, even all PICs can not move into "APPLE IPAD/.../DCIM.....??? It says: "This device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected." Our purpose to move PICs from iPad to PC fail

Transferring pictures from ipad to PC

i have a old (2015) iPad which as a lot of pictures on it - most of which are in the cloud and I want to transfer them onto my PC. However, I can't download them from the cloud onto my iPad as I do not have enough memory. I have downloaded iTunes onto
my PC and now I'm stuck with what to do next. Can anyone please help?
