Windows 10: How/Why does the task viewer show up, and interupt my work because I move my mouse?...

On my Samsung NotepadMobileOS-A.K.A. Win8 it makes sense, I guess, but that also makes grabbing the device risky, considering if i touch the side of the screen I could end up with my view focused on any window i had open.Does the same tracking and program execution when using a trackpad mouse. Letter to Executive's: But... Well, let's say, I decide to use the useless "MultiTasking/Virtual Desktop" feature-X- Dev.'s-Refer to 'Addendum' at the bottom of the Page -X-, but I have the option to be able to 'access all the open programs from the taskbar' turned on in the Settings app. So is

I have the same problem. The task viewer icon was there but is now gone. I have gone through the steps you listed but no viewer. Then I created a new profile and the task viewer is there. Now, how do I get the task viewer back in my taskbar in my
original profile??

 

PDF-XChange Viewer: Mouse Not Scrolling

My mouse's scroll wheel (Microsoft mouse) does not work in PDF-XChange Viewer, but does work in all other software. I couldn't find any settings in Preferences to get it to work. Any suggestions?

Are you facing any other issues with the start menu or the action center?

I would suggest you to try these steps and check if that fixes the issue:

• Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

If the above steps didn't help, then try creating a new user profile and check if the same behavior is noticed. This will help us determine if this issue is confined to your user profile. Try these steps and let us know the results.
