    Can anyone tell me when W10 came out and was free. My Wife's laptop was changed from W7 to W10?

    It was not asked for as my Wife only used it for Skype YouTube & email, and did not know about W10

    One day she said look at this, W10 was being downloaded. We just watched we did not no how to stop it. How & why was this possible? My Wife was happy with W7.
