    How will I fix the WD ELEMENT UNABLE TO PLUG IN thing?


    I was going to connect my WD Element 8TB External Drive but I plugged it in and nothing Happened. I did uninstall the drive with device manager but I couldn't install the drive back. How will I fix this? I have Desktop-AQ15LG4.....however the WD didn't work on it.

    Laptop won't recognize my WD Elements

    I have an HP laptop Elitebook running Windows 7. It will not recognize the WD Elements plugged into my USB port. I have tried everything recommended on the website and nothing is working. Any suggestions? Thank you!
