    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the functionality and performance of the MS 365 software. Despite my attempts to utilize the "Find and Replace" feature within MS 365, I have encountered significant difficulties and inconsistencies that have hindered my productivity and caused unnecessary delays in my work. Throughout my usage of MS 365, I have made multiple attempts to change the date format from "Month day" to "day Month" using various methods, including macros and the built-in "Find and Replace" functionality.
