Windows 10: How would I go by resetting Windows

Needing some help with my hp laptop it's a stream originally windows 10 with built in webcam. I purchased from pawn America on the 3rd of august and today I just received my charger from Amazon.com I bought the laptop as is without charger for 50.00 and I just plugged it in about five minutes ago and it shows the previous owners user name without password.

I want to get on the computer to ether remove the original owners account or just reset the windows completely. I think I would need to reset the windows. How would I go by resetting it. Please help.

How would I go about recovering my Windows activation key and doing a fresh install?

I have recently upgraded to an ssd but I am having problems with the windows on my ssd when I boot to it. Is it possible to recover my Windows 64bit activation key and then use it to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 on my ssd? Many thanks in advance

You'd have to clean install win-10 and use the new machines qualifying win-7 or win-8 activation key

You can also download the win-10 iso file and right click and mount it.

But the other machine 10 install belongs with the other mother board.

 

While on the sign-in screen, click the Power button at the bottom right corner, press and hold the Shift key, and click Restart.

Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove everything.

Note: You need to select the option "Remove everything" if you do not know the administrator password.
