Windows 10: How would I remove a suspicious process when I can't stop it from task manager or services...

The process is called UnevenTyhoUnderstanding and nothing online pops up about it, so I assume its a cover name for some malware. I've found the main process, tried to stop it with task manager, performing a clean boot and even disabling it from the services tabs but it just keeps turning itself on no matter what. So I'm lost.It's getting late in my country right now, so I might be gone in a few hours to sleep.Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Stopping Windows Services and Processes

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

Find the offending processes, right click them and select 'Open File Location'

Stop the process in Task Manager

Delete the processes in Windows File Explorer

Leave the processes in your recycle bin for a day or 2 to make sure there are no unforeseen side-effects

While in Task Manager, on the Startup Tab, check to see if the processes are being started from there, if they are, click on them and click 'Disable'

When finished in Task Manager, close it

Then press Windows + R to open the Run Dialog

Type msconfig and hit enter

Then click on the Services tab, check the box marked 'Hide All Microsoft Services'

Look through the list for anything starting these processes, if found, uncheck them

Reboot

 

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix
