Windows 10: How would someone return an upgrade from home to pro?

So i bought an upgrade from home to pro since i am an IT student and for using Hyper-V i would need Pro.As I finished the Order, through a third party payment service Klarna, a friend suggested buying the Pro Version Online for like 5 € with product Key, I called a return through the third party service, bought the much less expensive article and changed the product key,Now I seem to have to pay 149,00 € for nothing. Which makes me wonder . In the Order Details it said you have a trial time, i made the return right at the day i ordered, but till now no answer from Microsoft. Yeah , I know i

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

trying to profile my monitor with the idisplay pro is not working, returns Win10 opening desktop

I have been trying to profile my monitor with the idisplay pro I can go thru all the steps but when it actually starts profiling by showing the red full screen, the windows 10 screen returns and screws up the profile any suggestions on how to disable
this startup? Thanks
