Windows 10: HP 23-b023 wont installment windows 10 from 8.1 PRO

I reset my HP 23-b023 to give to another family member and when I reset the computer it went back to Windows 8.1 PRO and no matter what I do or try to update the PC to Windows 10 it will not update it gets to 74% and then it says Windows 10 installation failed. This PC had Windows 10 PRO on it before and work like a champ, now it giving me a HEADACHE. How can I make the PC download and update to Windows 10 Does anyone have any good resolutions to get this PC back to Windows 10

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
