Windows 10: HP 250 G6

hi, Microsoft Community. i have a HP 250 G6 That has Windows 7 Professional installed not preinstalled and i want to downgrade to vista which i successfully installed by running setup.exe on windows and i want to ask if windows 7 drivers work on windows vista or can anyone link me some drivers for vista i can send the serial number because its for a video. byezarr zadd

How to uninstall/remove USB Video Device Driver from HP 250 G6 Notebook?

i have hp 250 g6 notebook, which has his own inbuilt HP truevision video driver. Now Microsoft USB Video Device driver and HP TrueVision driver are crashing together. I want to uninstall Microsoft USB Video Device driver, but i am unable to uninstall/remove it from my device. Please help.

I understand how difficult it could be when things don’t go right, we will look into this for you. However, we will need a few more information on this to help you further:

• Are you facing this issue only with HP 250 G6 laptops?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

Since you are using a HDMI cable to connect the projector, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps in the article provided by HP

Troubleshooting HDMI Display and Sound Issues (Windows) and see if that helps.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Diagnostic tool to check for hardware errors. You can find the Hardwar and Diagnostic tool in the section

You can also check if there is any BIOS update available. You can contact HP Support team to check for BIOS update.

If your system is running the Microsoft basic display adapter, you do not have a graphics card driver installed on your PC, you need to install the correct video card device driver for your system . . .

Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

On the resulting dialog, what Version No. (1709, 1803, 1809) of Windows 10 are you running - note that down

Then click the link below to go to the support page for your device on the HP website

Expand the list of Driver-Graphics there are a lot of drivers listed, there, you need one of two drivers

Try the AMD/Intel Switchable Graphics Driver for your version of Windows 10

If that does not install, scroll down a bit and try this one:

Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver 21.20.16.4627 Rev.A
