    Al intentar abrir el cuadro de diálogo de las propiedades de la impresora desde Word me arroja el siguiente error.

    Lo mismo ocurre y quiero abrir las propiedades desde el Panel de Control, avisándonos de que no están habilitados los controladores y realizar el proceso de instalación de los conductores de Windwos


    (Aclaro que desde el Acrobat Reader puedo ingresar a las Propiedades de la Impresora sin problemas)

    PowerPoint 2016 in Windows 10 will not connect to my HP 2600n color laser printer. Any suggestions?

    A specific program not connecting is not normal. If the printer is shown within the control panel, then there would be no logical reason not to be seen under PowerPoint. I am operating Windows 10 with the 2600n on the LAN with no issues.

    If you are connected VIA the LAN, ensure you can print a test page from the control panel. If not, likely something has changed or a cable is bad. You should also be able to connect to the web UI via the IP address of the printer. Check you IP configuration
    on the printer itself and ensure the WIndow's 10 machine has the same IP port configured. Windows 10 should automatically install drivers.

    If you are connected VIA USB, you need to do the same steps as far as testing the printer VIA the control panel.

    Windows 10 likes to manage the printer and does not necessarily pick a default printer. The last step I would do would be again go to the control panel and manually make the 2600n the default printer and relaunch PowerPoint.

    Install the manufacturer supplied device driver.

    Unfortunately for you, that printer hasn't been supported by HP since Windows Vista:

    You might be able to download the device drivers and install in compatibility mode - but... then again, printer and scanners are often abandoned by their manufacturer's rather 'quickly' in computer lifecycle terms.
