    HP 3830 - Color Printing


    I have a HP 3830 and it stopped printing in color. It will print the text page in color but not anything else. This seems to be a major defect in this model why doesn't HP have a solution. I tried all the other solutions but they do not work. Do I have to trash this printer and buy a different brand. There are a lot of people with the same problem.

    my hp officejet 3830 is not printing in color

    I have a brand new computer and a brand new 3830 HP OfficeJet printer. It does not print in color. What steps should I take? I do not need to delete any old printer drivers. I see that a lot of people are having the same problem. Is there a defect
