    I have a Hewlett Packard 399 Pavilion laptop running Windows 8.1 that has stopped updating my default email account. It is now 53 days since any activity. It will neither send nor receive new emails. I can access my Outlook account using the web browser and my email account is being updated on my mobile phones but I cannot find any reason why the account will not update on the laptop. I restarted the laptop a while ago using F7 in order to install some software relating to a bluetooth headset that Windows would not recognise the security certificate. I installed the software, completed the tas
