    i have the following problem with this printer on my windows 11 laptop,,but i do not have the same problem on my 2 windows 10 laptops.as i print very little, i leave the printer unplugged away from the laptop and only plug it in when i have to print something.every time i plug it back in,,power and usb cable,,i need to reinstall the software and then go to the device manager and uninstall the fax potionwhich i do not use to get the printer to print..any suggestions?

    I recently bought a new hp computer and hp officejet 4630 printer. The computer took windows 10 2 weeks later, and it was great. But now the updates to my printer are not coming thru. I spoke tothe Geek Squad and they told me to contact you. Thank you
