    HP 8610 Printer suddenly stopped printing in color


    Hello, I have an HP 8610 all in one printer and HP desktop running Windows 10. The printer suddenly stopped printing in color for the 3rd time in less than one year. I have uninstalled the printer and all the drivers each time. Most recently, was 3 weeks ago and therefore I was able to reinstall the latest printer drivers as well. There is no option to change from grayscale to color. The test page prints in color. Additionally, this applies to any apps I'm trying to print from such as word or excel. Any advice is welcome.     HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 will not print in color

    After installing Windows 11, my HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 will not print in color. Only gives me a choice of grayscale or monochrome.

    HP printer not printing in color

    I am using Windows 10 & HP printer, was printing in color as of late Oct. 2019 no longer prints in color. It does print in color using an IPAD or Phone. I implemented all the steps in the troubleshooter and it still will not print in color. The test
    page does print in color. HP advised this is a Windows problem Need Help please.

    HP Deskjet 6940 printer has stopped printing color all of a sudden

    Original Title: No longer printing color

    I have an older HP Deskjet 6940 printer that has stopped printing color all of a sudden. There is ink in the cartridges and nothing else reports in error. I have tried all the suggestions here but to no avail. Any suggestions?
