The microsoftanswers web site altered this post into one paragraph making it hard to read. The edit feature did not allow me to alter it. This notebook computer uses hybrid graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Nvidia. The HP softpaq download manager
indicates that a new intel driver update is critical. Multiple attempts to install this softpaq have failed. There was no error information displayed about the failure when clicking on download and install. However when having windows update there was an error

my laptop wont wake up after going to sleep mode

i am using hp zbook studio g3 . i am facing problem in windows 10 pro that after sleep mode my pc wont wake up ,, then i used to press power button for at least 10 sec to completely shutdown ..
