Windows 10: HP compaq 6200 mt pro Running Windows 10

This desktop i bought recently from ebay as a game ready it does game well but the Intel I5 2400s runs at 100% constantly when im in Modern Warfare yet the Temp stays at around 70 degrees C. so i plan to upgrade i've added 2 screen shots of CPUz and the specs of the mainboard and specific bios and chipset i asked the guy at ebay he says i can upgrade it to an i7 3770k which is an IVY bridge this I5 is a sandy bridge i can't find anywhere that says this bios update will compatible to this 3770k any help? if not i'll go with the I7 2600/2600k or the I7 2700k i'd really like to find out if this is true or not though guy seemed pretty sure that this would work?

HP 6200 Pro SFF PC Hangs when restarting Windows 10

I have an issue related specifically to the HP 6200 Pro Small Form Factor model of PC.

Latest firmware updates have NOT solved the issue for this model.

Any time Windows 10 is restarted, Windows 10 makes the PC basically hang for 30 seconds AFTER the shutdown process has completed. The PC sits at a black screen for about 30 seconds and then finally, the BIOS screen will come up and the machine will reboot
as it should.

I have done a clean install of Win 10 and that did not solve the issue either. It seems the Win 10 does not kick off the final needed command to restart the BIOS for this particular PC model.

I can boot the HP 6200 Pro from a USB flash drive into a DOS command prompt and run DOS or other utils, and then do a control-alt-delete restart, and the PC restarts immediately as it should from that mode. So the issue is definitely related to Windows
10 specifically in this case.

I also have an HP 8000 Elite and an HP 8300 running Windows 10 Home and Pro that do NOT experience this issue. Just the 6200 Pro does for whatever the reason.

Are there any HP 6200 or 8200 users out there experiencing this issue? What did you do to fix it? The PC does have the latest BIOS and firmwares loaded.

Thank you for pointing out that link. I did all the steps in that document prior to posting here, including updating the BIOS and microcode for the HP 6200. None of the items on that page solved the issue.
