    HP computer won't wake from sleep


    This is the second occasion that my computer has had problems not waking up after going to sleep. I press the keyboard and mouse, and nothing works. It stopped working after I deleted/updated windows 10 to windows 11 on my computer. I’ve changed power settings, I’ve used the command prompt, I’ve used admin tools, I just recently did a reset not a cloud reset, kept my personal files on the computer and that also did not work. I’m not sure what else to do.. my warranty for the computer expired earlier this year.Reply

    Don't really seem to be describing the problems I'm facing. The link detailing that the MEI driver isn't working

    is from people experiencing the problem that their computer won't go TO sleep, not not wake up from it. Or is the MEI driver responsible for both of these?
