Windows 10: HP Designjet 500, no output from computer

Discus and support HP Designjet 500, no output from computer in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I tried hooking my HP laptopWindows 10, Version 2004, Build 19041.746 to my HP Designjet 500 printer.     HP Designjet 500, no output from computer


    I tried hooking my HP laptopWindows 10, Version 2004, Build 19041.746 to my HP Designjet 500 printer. Drivers seem to be fine, Test page says it printed, but no output to printer. Is there a fix similar to the issue in June 2020 with versions 1903, 1909?

    On your printer's specifications page, under system requirements, Windows 10 is not listed as a supported operating system:

    There are also no drivers for Windows 10 on the product drivers page:

    HP Designjet 500 not printing in Windows 10

    I have an HP designjet 500 24 connected through a network and I can print without any problems.

    I connected another one, same model, via USB and the installation did not present any problems. If I try to print, it just shows a message "attempting to cancel the print".

    Print and scan doctor does not show any errors and allow for Test Print.

    Print Test Page from Properties shows an unknown error.

    HP Designjet 500, no output from computer

    HP Designjet 500 no longer working (since 2 months as of July 2020) on Windows 10

    I have same problem with my printer hp designjet 500, I did download the Windows 10, version 1909 (KB4567512), now when I print it crash my windows, blue screen? any advise please
