    my hp desk top signs out every time I go idle for 20 minutes or so; them I have to sign in again,... and again, ... and again. spoke with you several weeks ago and got assistance on your ref: 7058943659. Still have the same problem.

    Desk top icons keep refreshing

    I installed a HP 6250 Wi-Fi printer. Now the desk top icons keep refreshing. It seem to have slowed down all the processing on my computer. Printer and scanner work ok.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    I have clicked on remove device on HP desk top

    I have clicked on remove device on HP desk top and now I am unable to locate how to undo this mistake, can any one help.
