Windows 10: HP DeskJet 3636 connection offline issue !

Hi friends,

I have HP DeskJet 3636 which was working fine until a week ago, when I last printed using wireless setup.

But for some reason today, it continues to say Printer is offline. I tried running HP Scan & Doctor but it said network needs to be connected for it to run - in similar words.

I have tried restarting the printer, tried holding (i - wireless) button & X - cancel button. Nothing helped. I continue to have this wireless light blinking non-stop but printer shows offline in all of my devices.

The issue is same on all the devices its connected, other devices are using Windows 7 & Android (mobile)


I would appreciate any help on how to get the network back to online status.

However, please let us know:

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the HP article

my printer hp deskjet f4288 -windows10 pro not working

I realize your concern. Let me help you with this issue.

I suggest you to run Printer troubleshooter. Follow the steps.

• Type Troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
• In the left pane click on View all.
  
• Select the Printer option and follow the on screen instructions.

HP Deskjet 2632 showing Offline

Hi There, My HP Printer, DeskJet 2632 is saying it's OffLine so I'm unable to print. Any ideas please? I've been trying for hours but it's not changed. Thank you.
