    I just got a new computer an Asus D340M-DH501, it's running Windows 10 64 bit, version 2004, OS build 19041.1288I had a Acer computer running the SAME version of Windows 10, 64 bit version 2004, I can't recall the OS build. The Acer died. So I connected the printer up and it's like it isn't there!But NOW the printer isn't in Windows anymore?I know this printer works. But is it not available for Windows 10 anymore?

    HP DeskJet and Windows update

    After I installed the Feature Update to Windows 10, version 2004, my HP DeskJet 5150 is not working. I have tried all sorts to rectify this but nothing works. Is this printer no longer supported in Windows 10?

    I suggest you to run Printer troubleshooter. Follow the steps.

    • Type Troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
    • In the left pane click on View all.
    • Select the Printer option and follow the on screen instructions.
