    Hp desktop says no bio. What to do?


    I started a reset on my HP desktop, it started then stopped, then it wouldn't load up to windows anymore, it won't let me get to advanced options, or anything. It keeps going to a black screen with words saying no bios configuration found for an operating system. I can't get on to change anything. I tried booting from the USB, it has windows 10 on it, but it isn't picking it up. How to enable USB in bios menu?

    We would suggest you to runt the Power troubleshooter and check.

    Try to run the troubleshooter and check.

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
      Enter.
    • Select View all from the left pane and select Power.
    • Follow the on-screen troubleshooter and try the steps.
    We would also suggest you to update the firmware of the BIOS and install the chipset drivers and check.

    For steps related to updating firmware for the BIOS and chipset drivers, you may contact the HP.
