    HP Elite book 840 G6 freezes with black screen when shakes/jerked


    Hi, HP Elite book 840 G6 freezes with black screen when shakes/jerked or even with pressing of some keys, checked ribbons, ram/ssd connectors but couldn't identify problem, even electrician here is not able to find the issue..

    HP Elite book 840 G6 freezes with black screen when shakes/jerked

    Create a back up of contacts and SMS for an HP Elite X3 with a black screen. Phone has power but is black.

    How do I transfer contacts and SMS text messages from one HP Elite X3 to another HP Elite X3. One has a black screen (the one I need the info from). Thank you,
