    Hp Elitebook x360 G3 Freezing After Sleep / Do not wake-up from sleep mode


    I never faced off this issue before but I have been experiencing "blue screen" with the stop code "Win32K Power Watchdog Timeout" or "PDC Watchdog Timeout" after sleep my computer since I applied version 2004 at 03.09.2020. In addition to this I have changed nothing about power management.

    I think that you would like to know some details about my computer configuration and OS version/updates in order to focus on the root cause of this issue:


    Hp Elitebook x360 1030 G3

    Intel Core i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11GHz

    16,0 GB

    256 GB SSD

    Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 19041.450 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.310

    system freezes up in sleep mode, one monitor on and the other a sleep. Can not wake up system without hard reboot. Any suggestions?

    • Aside from Windows Update. were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Is this the first time you experienced the issue?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    suddenly my new HP ALL in one computer will not wake from sleep mode using either mouse or keyboard. Both are set in control panel to wake from sleep mode.
