    So my brother bought a mini pc online and gave it to me. After some time it automatically restarts and locks up upon restart with white screen saying:

    HP Elitedesk g3 800 mini suddenly appearls a popup white window like notepad and having only two lines saying "Your system has been locked please contact the United Help Desk at 1-888-848-3375
    Please reference KI ID 103232 FOR PROPER ROUTING

    I tried resetting it. It worked for only exactly 24 hours and then locked again. The only notification I noticed when it is about to restart is "you must restart the computer to turn off user access" or something like that.

    can anyone help me what's going on? I've got online classes and this situation sucks. I can't afford to buy a new computer. I've searched online and it offers no solution. please help.

    whatever basic speaker i have is sufficient. i just need to be able to control it, and it should not work just in sleep mode. this is what i see

    there are actually 2 sound possibilities - one from the display (HP N270c Display Audio) and the other i guess from the desktop - speaker (Conextant HD Audio).
