Windows 10: HP Envy 360 glitching after windows 11

Since I updated to Windows 11 by laptop has not been acting right. It gets stuck on the Lock Screen. I originally thought it was the mouse not connecting by when I press enter it will not let me put in my passcode still. The only way I am able to get it to work is by pounding the power button several times of turning it on and off until it just randomly works. Yesterday I reinstalled windows 11 and hoped the issue would be fixed. Today i went to log on and bam the issue is there again. I pressed the power button to force it off and it won’t turn back on at all!! The power is on. It is only 2 y

I suggest you to un-install and re-install battery drivers from Device manager and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Expand Batteries and right click on Batteries ACPI and click on Un-install.
• Restart the computer and check.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to visit HP Envy website and check whether HP has released any firmware updates for Windows 10. If so, please go ahead and install them and check with the issue.
