Windows 10: hp envy 5055 printer driver

Discus and support hp envy 5055 printer driver in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; have laptop with windows 10. Just purchased hp Envy 5055 printer.     have laptop with windows 10. Just purchased hp Envy 5055 printer. Downloaded it wireless but it's missing a driver. HP is beyond useless for support! Is there a safe download for this?

    when I print a test page it works fine. but when I try to print excel document it does not print.

    any suggestions?

    I understand that you are unable to print using HP Envy 5055 printer. I’ll certainly help you with this issue.



    However, please let us know:



    • Are you facing this issue only while printing Excel documents?
    • Do you receive any error code/message?
    • Were you able to print documents earlier?


    Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try running
    HP Print and Scan Doctor     on your computer this will diagnose the issues with Printing.



    You may also want to try reinstalling the drivers from HP website:
    https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14095644/model/14095768    . Try installing the recommended drivers and check.

    It sounds like the printer itself works fine since it can print a test page so I am thinking this is a possible issue with the printer driver.

    May I know the exact model of your printer (i.e. HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer, HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer, HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer, etc)?
