Windows 10: HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC laptop - audio does not work

Hello, I have a problem with my laptop. I just reset my laptop and the audio is not longer working. The sound icon shows red "X". It also writes - "No Audio Output Device is installed". I have tried all of the HP diagnostics, but it writes that there are no audio devices. I have tried updating the drivers, but it writes that it is not functioning. I have tried to solve this issue for hours but it is not working. I would be really glad if you could help me.Paul.

HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC laptop - full functionality of touchscreen lost.

In the past month the functionality of my touchscreen has become very basic on my HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC laptop. How can I get the full functionality of the touchscreen back?

The touchscreen is working as I can touch the screen to move the mouse and select an item but all of the other touchscreen functionality such as being being able to scroll by 'dragging' my fingers etc has been lost.

I have not deliberately changed any of the touchscreen settings.

The laptop is running Windows 10 Home 64-bit and and I have just run Windows update and there aren't any updates.

I used to be able to calibrate the touchscreen but I cannot find this option in settings.

Device Manager shows a "HID-compliant touch screen" but the General tab shows the device status as "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer (Code 45). To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

In Device manager I have searched for new devices and also searched for new device drivers and found none!.

As I can use the touchscreen to move the pointer and select text I assume that the touchscreen is working and that I have the wrong drivers installed or that an update or an inadvertent change in settings has changed the touchscreen functionality.

The HP website does not list Windows 10 drivers for this laptop. The current HID-compliant touch screen driver is a Microsoft Windows signed driver, version 10.0.19041.2486 and dated 21/06/2006.

Suggestions on how I can get the full functionality of the touchscreen back would be appreciated?

My touch screen on my HP 15 TS Notebook is not working. It randomly works for a couple minutes and then randomly stops. I have tried looking things up and restarting my computer multiple times.

Restart the computer a few times and check for Windows Updates.

In the Search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.

Try to run the Power Troubleshooter.

Power troubleshooter will automatically fix some common issues with Power Plans. Run the Power troubleshooter to adjust your computer's power settings. The Power troubleshooter checks things like your computer's timeout settings,
which determine how long the computer waits before turning off the monitor display or entering sleep mode. Adjusting these settings can help you conserve power and extend your computer's battery life.

• Press Windows Logo Key+X then click on Search option.
• Type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on
  System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.

If the issue persist, then I suggest you to try the steps provided in the link below ad check. If you cant perform few steps on your own please check with HP.
