Windows 10: Hp factory rest now it’s stuck on blue screen

I factory reset my hp laptop and now it has a blue screen that says to contact https:Microsoft/stopcode and give them code critical process died. It won’t do anything and it’s how I do my college work so can someone pls help me fix this?
