Windows 10: HP Instant Ink Remove Account

Several weeks ago I had to replace a compromised credit card with a new one. I was able to change the number on all appropriate sites except for HP's Instant Ink account. Searching the web revealed no way to make the the change there. All suggestions would not work for me.

I did find an Instant Ink account for an printer I no longer have. I need to get rid of it but I keep getting various errors whenever I try to follow the instructions I find on the web.

I know this is probably not a W10 issue but I am frustrated in my attempt to get rid of this unwanted Instant Ink account and hope someone one here will be able to help me.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
