Windows 10: HP labtop wont reset

I cant reset my labtop Ive tried everything that I can think of but every time I get a error

the start menu was not working in windows 10,but after I did reset of Labtop HP it working n playstore apps also,the question here is how to reinstall the manufactory program into system, there about 40 programs on desktop says removei apps during reset,some
updates which have return,i had to reinstall my software manual ok.

This is a frequent problem am sure as you have already seen from online searches.

Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

• Disconnecting the battery and adapter
• Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
• This should clear the flea power

Can reset microsoft password cant log into labtop

I updated my screen saver timer to come on sooner no pin changes whatsoever. I can log inro microsoft account via s5 but not labtop

Pretty sure ive always used pin on labtop tried rolling back buos. Hp pavillion g series. navy vet seabee please help thank you
