    Help Line: Have done something to make TOP and BOTTOM Task Bars disappear. Don't know what to do, how to find, restore them. Thanks.

    1 yr. old HP wireless laptop can't connect to older HP wireless Printer

    Different answers each time I called HP Yes/No Can be connected/No it can't. Last call suggested kill printer add back. It's not on the HP list and can't pick up blue blinking wireless signal . Older HP Inkjet 6350 year old HP laptop both wireless wizard
    asks for WPA

    NO DISC, NO cables

    Unable to reactivate Windows 10 on a 3 year old HP Laptop

    Thank you Patricia for all your help. Your suggestion isn't much different from the solution HP Tech support ultimately suggested, which is to restore the PC to it's factory installation from the recovery drive. I was hoping I wouldn't need to go that route
    which necessitates re-installing all my applications. I'm beginning to think I might as well just buy a new PC as this one is already 3 years old.

    Again Thank you for your time...it is much appreciated.
