    hp laptop b&o play experience not working on windows 11, but worked on windows 10


    B&O Play Experience was grayed out after windows 11 update.reinstalled the drivers, it can be switched on/off now. but it has no effect on laptop speaker audio.while on windows 10, Music/Movie/Voice presets shown on the screenshot had different effects on speaker audio. now it sounds like they are permanently turned off. solution please?
