Windows 10: HP Laptop Battary and microphone

Hi i have HP Laptop in that i have following issue . Please help 1. my Microphone is working in Recording App and every where I can see its listening to me . Now in cortona or in MS Team or in Skype when I speak it does not work and when I plug in microphone on these application it work . But with normal laptop microphone cortona or MS Team or Skype its not working whereas in Recording app I am able to record my voice with Builtin Microphone .2. Battary status is showing 87 88 or 90% and after that it does not go beyond and all HP Test shows battery is fine .Please help I have already updated

External microphone does not work

The issue could be because of the microphone being in a disabled state. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Open Control Panel and categorize to view by
  Small Icons.
  
• Click on Speech Recognition and navigate to
  Advanced Speech Options > Microphone > Advanced
  
• Check Real Conexant HD Audio, save the changes and exit
  Control Panel.
  
• Restart the machine to see if the microphone works.
