    Hi, I am experiencing recurring issues with my HP laptop and would appreciate your assistance. Below are the details of my concerns:Charging Issue:The laptop often shows "Plugged in, not charging."Temporary fix: Rebooting and reinstalling battery drivers solve the issue, but it returns after some time.The charger and power outlet are functioning correctly.Performance Issue:The laptop is noticeably slow, particularly when opening and using web browsers.Storage has over 400GB of free space.All system updates and browser updates are installed.The laptop was purchased in 2023 and is still under wa

    HP Laptop charging issues

    My HP DV6-1190EV laptop recently stopped charging..u have to unplug and plug the charger to work..

    I did buy a new original charger from ebay..

    it gives me the 7% battery warning the laptop goes on hibernate and then u have to plug and unplug the charger several times to work.. it doesn't work if u plug and unplug the charger while it gives u the warning..

    note that laptop needs a format 100%

    any help?

    Toshiba Laptop Not Holding Battery Charge

    attached is a pic of the internal of the laptop there does NOT appear to be a CMOS battery what should my next steps be? - fully charge existing battery and see if i remove it and install back teh next day whether its still fully charged? - charge the battery for 18 hours to charge the internal CMOS battery? - suggestions please as Im not sure
