    Hp laptop got stuck on loading screen when I put my password in so it won’t turn on


    So basically I tried to update my hp laptop and it took more than 5 hours to update but it didn’t update it said “we’ve ran into an issue please wait”so I got it back entered my password to enter the laptop but it got stuck on the loading thing now all I see is my name and loading dots I’ve tried everything but ran into the same issue so could u please help Thank you

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    After Windows 10 update, signin screen won`t accept my pssword.

    Sign-in screen won`t take my password after Windows 10 update on a new HP laptop. I had setup a pin login but now asks for Microsoft password which I wrote down and have used before but will not accept now.
